Not that I am in that price range but agree. It doesn't look like it would take much to enclose it and put a cabin in like the older LX. That would make a nice Island hopper.

As for the wake board, on Facebook they said one of Reggies granddaughters did wake board behind it.

I agree. The 37’ does have a lot of beam though. I like the intrepid 400 cuddy. The concept 4400 is another one.

Not everybody wants bow seating to accommodate 20 of their friends and a small windshield so everybody on the boat but the driver and copilot are getting blasted by the wind. I know a lot of people who would prefer a full beam wraparound enclosure and an enclosed bow.

Good looking boat. It will probably sell great for them.

Nortech still make the Monte Carlos? Think it was a 43’? That boat checks the boxes you guys are talking about if they made it in outboards. Closed bow, full windshield, plenty of seating. Not sure if they still make them

Might be good for a larger boat but a cabin in my 31 Pursuit would be worthless, most likely a junk collector. The nice thing about the DC is that there are 3 distinct areas, the bow, the mid cabin, and the aft deck, which when you have family/friends people gravitate to different areas to spend time. Sometimes they all crowd around the aft deck, depends on the company. One thing at least on my boat, people sitting in the front seats (the 2 facing forward anyway) tell me the wind blast is no problem, maybe unique to my boat but rarely do the come back to the main part when we're under way.

I think they build a 460 Flyer with quad or quint outboards.(bad pic below)

I won’t mention the Donzi 41GT, (OSO guys were very negative on it).

if the wallet is big enough, Magnum 47.5 . I don’t like red boats but this one looks stunning.

Unlike a center console where there is a walkway on either side of the console, the DC has a single walkway up the middle. On the right side is the helm, the left a large single or double passenger seat with another console in front of it. In front of the helm is the head and in front of the passenger is a large storage area. I don't have a better interior pic but this gives you an idea. Note that I have the windshield closed and the door the front closed too, great for rough water when you're taking water/spray or cold weather.

Everyone wants a fast CC until you actually go over 40mph on one

Just thought of this, I had no idea what a DC was either until this time last year, I always heard the term but just dismissed it. At a boat show last Sept we were on our way out when we stopped by the Pursuit display and I was talking to the sales dude and asked him about the DCs, I climbed up on one and didn't expect much but after a minute or so I was like WTF is this? Why hadn't I known about these? I told my wife to climb aboard and she said no, she thought it was stupid. Once I insisted she was as surprised as was, wound up getting one. It's not perfect but met most of our needs...I still want a cruiser though to spend weekends on as we get older but this is good for now.
