Back in1983 I was running around jumping swells with my 19' Baron outside the Holland pier when this ugly little outboard tunnel started playing with me. Got talking to the guy who told me it was a Skater built a few miles away . He took us for a ride and I was impressed than i let him run my boat and he liked. Had a blast playing and taking pics.

Year later I moved to Florida and my buddy I ran with had a 17 Magnum tunnel with a built 235 outboard than ran 75 and could hang with my deep vee in the swells but not like that little Skater.
