Default Does anyone know what boat this is

Found this on FB marketplace and thinking about it for a project but I have no idea what it is. It's 46ft from around the 80s or 90s. kinda looks like an express cruiser version of an offshore hull.

Possibly a Magnum.
Regardless, expect most of the infrastructure to be made of wood, both encapsulated and not. It could have a LOT of rot.

that FB group helped a lot, figured out it's a Cigala E Bertinetti Shark 43, built in Italy

Looks very similar to a Harley boat if you like the style might find some around. They usually aren't real expensive considering the size and style.
