I've been staying back because of my ties to BTM. (Full disclosure, they are one of my biggest clients and my wife works in their office) So here is my take: If you are looking at dealing with a dealer that is full service, no drama, carries numerous lines, as well as one of the largest dealers for volume in the country and finally want to get straight answers, good and bad? BTM is a good place to land.

I can tell you flat out, customer service is important and they will work very hard to make their customers happy. Is everyone going to be happy, no that is unrealistic, there is some people that you cant ever satisfy, but in the years I have dealt with BTM and the customers that is few and far between.

They are more business orientated than glitz and glimmer, but they definitely have the facilities and financial backing to bring a world class operation to the forefront.
