Rob No doubt. I was just kicking your toes. 98 is awesome. I punched the numbers into the slip calculator. A hair over 16% is pretty good, I'd think. I can't get my tattletale to tell the truth. I've been to 78 with ours, on the GPS, but when I hit the tattletale, it reports 71. It's reported 71 since the day we bought it. I don't know if I need to reset it somehow or what.... Thanks. Brad. |

Brad on mine the toggle switch is on the helm. Toggle the switch Starboard and it resets the speedo to now be available to track the new top speed.
I've got the same toggle. I've never hit the reset, but I'd think it would read the highest speed since last reset. No....(?) My wondering about a reset was something other than the obvious. Yup. I just punched 32 into the calculator. I have hear/read that Merc likes to overstate the pitches of their props. 14% is even better! Thanks. Brad. |
Runabout?!?! I wouldn't call a PQ 340 a runabout LOL. I was expecting a family bowrider LOL
