Klaw,the Trent Severn is my play ground. If you come up here to do some boating,just let me know and I'll point ya to the good spots. Truth is,the upper section from the Rice Lake to Georgian bay is the nice part. You will get a kick out of the two lift locks and the marine railway ride. Forget the lower part unless you like driving in a ditch from lock to lock. Yes,"The Bay" can be a hair raising experience,especially when a big west wind is blowing. Nothing like trying to find marker boys between granite islands in 12 foot following seas
