I am looking into a pair of these drives after speaking with Mr. Wimp. I came across some troubling posts on here that appear unresolved. Can anyone shed some light on recent transactions they may have had dealing with arneson marine?

Arneson bravo kits, zero issues and gain some speed.
I have had his drives for 5-6 years. No problems at all with them. Rik has always been great to deal with for me, I have only had to order prop bushings since putting the drives on. Only thing I have ever heard is that if you need the drives re worked send them back to Rik to have it done. Certain way the chains have to be assembled.

All of my interactions with RIK have been positive . I am close to a shop that installs 3 or 4 kits a year and all of those have been good. The only bad thing i have heard about is some slow delivery time.

Just got $700 worth of parts a few days ago. Called, told Rik what I was after, he shipped them the next day.
100% response rate. Always provides technical information, tips, tricks on replacing parts. Hell, he got back to me within 45min on Father’s Day this year.
