Default Semi flexable 4" exhaust hose

I switched from CMI's to IMCO exhaust and my risers do not line up straight to transom, they are about 2" high. i got some 4" hose off amazon that is pretty flexible but it does not hold up, they split after a few uses. I don't think I can use the steel lined exhaust hose as its too rigid for the offset i have, does anyone have any advice to certain hose they have had good luck with? i can check with IMCO and see if they possibly make tapered shims or something like that to help my angles line up straighter. This is the hose i tried which doesn't last.

Might try Shields Hump Connectors.

I can't give you a specific recommendation, but I have bought from this outfit several times to build some custom cooling hoses for my racecar.

They have great customer service.

Don't try the trident marine stuff, I've burned thru several of them. The proper way would be to fill and recut the transom holes but no one wants to do that

Intercooler hose is slightly better from my experience, lasts a bit longer but still not ideal
