First 44-Foot Statement Center Console On The Water
Simply beautiful, https://www.speedonthewater.com/firs...-on-the-water/

Not to hurt anyones feelings but all these big center consoles look the same the only difference is counting how many outboards are on the transome and trying to spot how many are dummy engines
|
Hope that boat goes goes to a cool climate with the black interior

Oh come on, the "cigarette" style speed boat with 5 seats and a cabin all look the same too, same for the skater looking boats and the deck boats and on and on.
Ehhh.... I can usually tell a MFR from across the lake. I can even usually, at least somewhat, pinpoint the era, just by the graphics. I can't do this with the CCs. Even the CCs built by MFRs that build/built inboard boats that I can recognize. Thanks. Brad. |

And many of us that enjoy those CC's can do the same, they don't at all blend together and all have defining lines and areas but the old school people and thinkers need something to grasp to and hate on so i guess we found it |
no its more like we could tell a skater from a mti or nortec or mystic they were easy to identify , now fountain cc,s seem to have lost their beak that was a trademark of fountain its kinda like the 4 door suvs today they all look very alike

Been on plenty of boats in FL with black Alcanta and seadeck and they are fine. Usually the floor will need a hose down when at the island for a bit bit that's all.

Yup. It was easy. From a three hundred yards away... "It's a fountain", or "It's a Baja. With the CCs, it's "It's an outboard center console of some sort....." You gotta get close enough to read the logo. Thanks. Brad. |
I don't care if people want Center consoles but I agree the new ones do all look alike. I could spot a Center console from the 90's and 2000's and tell them apart but man they blend together now outside of a few brands like contender.

Agree all look the same with lawn mower engines hanging off the back! They all say I can put 20 friends in my boat my answer is you don't have 20 friends:hitfan:

Me, neither. Hell, I don't want FIVE people on my boat with me. And wouldn't if I had room. One of the big appeals for us is the "getaway" aspect. I don't mind sharing a cove with a few hundred people, but I can leave them behind whenever I want to. :ernaehrung004: Thanks. Brad. |

Different stroke for different folks. |
Nice looking boat. I personally am not a fan of center consoles. You cannot get out of the wind. Blowing from the sides and front. This Statement looks like it has good wind protection.

I just find it amusing that most of the guys on here who now own center consoles or outboard cats, are the same guys, who 10-15 years ago were the ones saying “I wouldn’t be caught dead in an OB cat or center console with egg beaters!”
The high performance boating world has to be about the worst I’ve seen when it comes to everybody wanting to follow whatever the perceived cool guys own and as soon as a couple of them had OB cats and center consoles, well hell, now everybody had to have one. |
careful out there guys.........https://www.facebook.com/reel/7838560929561055

I struggle with the thought of eventually owning a center console some day. But I presume it’ll happen eventually. Big bath tubs lol. I do like the Axopars! Kindve a CC SUV if you will.
with all that said, I really dig the lines on this statement. It’s as sexy as a CC can get. Kinda looks fast just sitting there. I like the fact statements offshore roots aren’t lost on the design. the paint accentuates the smooth lines of the boat that taper to the rear like a traditional offshore hull. The black T-Top also helps make the hull pop and the angled hardtop tipped down like the brim of a gentleman’s bowler hat from the 1800’s giving off an aggressive stance as if ready to fight! I like it. Nicely executed. |
