I like them, and have a low profile one on my boat. I've been by the coast guard - PoPo countless number of times and have never been given a second look.

Just like any other light, they can be turned on/off, of which I never run with it on at dark. As a matter of fact, I do my best to be back before dusk.

Strobe Lives matter!
