Hey there, I have a new to me 1999 Pursuit Denali 2860 with the 7.4mpi and Bravo 3 drive with 2.0 ratio. My current props are 22 pitch 3 blades and I'm only hitting 4000rpms. Spec say it should be 4200-4600rpms. I like running around 3200-3300 with a speed of 23-25mph. I tried a set of 20 pitch that got me to 4200rpms but my speed at the same 3200-3300rpms dropped to 17-19mph. I verified that the engine is in good working order and that my Tach is correct. Was wondering if anyone has the same boat and set up or a prop guru could chime in with some advice. Thank you.
