Why not this? I have personally seen the boat several times over the years and she is a bit rough, so perfect for a project, and definitely wanting a re-power!

Problem is, Heath set the bar very high!

There is a redone 377 scarab in the OSO classifieds that just need drivetrain for 10thousand with a trailer

I’m assuming the 377 is the same hull as the 38. Archer would know.

This 30 has been sitting behind Phantom boats most of the summer, maybe got flooded from Hurricane Debby??
I haven’t seen it out running in years.
