They aren’t the only people Derek ripped off. My very good friend stopped doing business with him earlier this year because he stopped paying bills. And I know of at least three other people he got for several million. Everybody always thought he was cool because he had nice boats. I met the guy several years ago when he purchased his Cig Huntress. Personally thought the guy was an #ss. And this all proves me correct. He’s a piece of $hit!

When "the flash" is simply over the top, "the cash" usually isn't theirs.
I think when you show up to a poker run with 3 boats, a yacht, a helicopter and a 900 HP barge for the helicopter to land on its probably "flash overload"

Years ago there was a Ponzi Scheme in Fort Lauderdale being run by Scott Rothstein (an average lawyer, yet the lifestyle was insanity). Guy had a pair of Bugattis, 4 houses on the water on the same block and all sorts of expensive toys. The local paper asked Wayne Huizenga (Waste Management, AutoNation, Blockbuster Video, owner of 3 pro sports franchises) what he thought of the new billionaire in town: Scott Rothstein. Wayne says: Never heard of him!

I hate to see people get screwed out of money but Skip and Chad were fvking nuts to give anyone 30 million dollars! My guess is the courts are going to say its a passive investment and Derek can agree to payout the returns when he thinks it is appropriate. In the mean time Skip and Chad are going to see exactly how expensive lawyers and jet fuel are.

Yea, I bet some of these funds went to the drivers driving the fleet around destin every weekend

It was cool for a minute, then faded to tacky in a hurry.

Come on Rob, you know that if there’s anything negative that mentions
Cigarette, he’s going to be on it….I’m shocked that it took him 6.5 hours
to finally post

When the probate after Derek's father finally gets settled I hope Skip gets some money. The Trump Administration gave Derek Wachob and his partner

Gary Bacon Jr. a $18 million agriculture loan guarantee, but not to grow weed on an industrial scale, which they did. I guess the choppers and the smell

eventually got the neighbors pist off and they filed charges. It became a Tenth Circuit RICO Case. That'll take a while. Nucor Corp. was the steel sheet

company that sent Derek $32 million dollars of product that Skip 'invested in', between May and July of 2022. They finally filed charges the other day.

They haven't received a penny, but had done business with Derek's father for decades and though things would work out. Huge weed farm. Choppers.

Fast boats. Is the 1980s back? Will Derek and his RICO partner go to jail and try to get out Ben Kramer style by chopper?
