Hopefully the plaintiffs get their money back, and we don't have to see those ugly fuc#in black boats in Stu's videos anymore. "The 3MTI has fuel cells to carry race fuel for the big boat when he wants to run in 1550 mode"... said in every video for the last 5 years...

Really amazing how long a Ponzi scheme can continue.

Not sure I would call it a Ponzi scheme. His grandfather built a great company. From what I understand manufactured most of the pipe for oil drilling and other types of pipes. Father kept growing it, then from what I understand Dad passed and then Jr took over and lived Large. Maybe too large as we all saw in KW every year.
Built one of the largest homes in OK, Lots and Lots of toys, Great Christmas light show every year covering the entire compound. Then steel prices took a chit- possibly??
Going to be one hell of an Auction.

I feel for the large number of employees that are getting kicked to the curb- right at Christmas. Sad for sure.

This link was posted on another thread from a news source close to the steel operation. It seems that there is a LONG line of lawsuits before Skip/Chad Braver and Schouten/Nossaman/Mead. Besides the $41M they are all seeking, there is about another $180M that has been sought over the past couple of months. It will be interesting how it all pans out. $220M and counting...........

I have no incite as to how long this has been going on but he's been living large for quite a while. I heard thirdhand that he was selling his cars and it will get interesting to say the least. Not sure how you can liquidate assets when you have judgements against you. I too feel for the employees who were just doing their job and got caught up in this mess.
