I don’t know if it is. But that boat almost looks like the Dirty Duck original one Slug built back then with different graphics/paint on exterior.

I plan to update this thread when the time comes. Doug is amazing, he was fun to talk to when I met him in his paint shop, and of course his work speaks for itself. Excited to see your update.
