Winter months are more off-roading and shooting and car shows and stuff. There's always things to do like run around and visit all the boat shops, to gaulk at the insane boats, So-Cal Speed and Marine, Barrett Custom Marine, Absolute Speed and Marine, Savage Marine, Prestige Marine, West Coast Custom Drives, etc. You can also rent a SXS for the day and go run around the desert and hills and stuff. If you go to Paradise Wild Wave Boat Rentals it's like $500 for the whole day, they let you drive it out their door and no restrictions really. They're street legal there so you can drive all over town and out into the desert. It's pretty much a free for all. And there's a bar out in the hills called the Bunker Bar you can ride/run too. There's also a gun rental place that has machine guns and stuff. You can go down to the Naked Turtle Bar or Blue Chair Restaurant to sit on the water and watch the sites. Swing by Riverdavesplace.com storefront and buy some swag. There's definitely enough to see and do for a day I'd say.

I’ll just add a couple of things - the river walk on the East side is pretty nice - you can walk maybe a mile to the North and maybe 2 miles to the South from the London Bridge. Also, there’s a $3 boat shuttle that takes you to a casino on the West side ( maybe a 15-20 minute ride ) - I could care less about the casino, but pretty cheap way to get a boat ride on Lake Havasu and see it from the water. I think it runs back and forth every 30 - 45 minutes so you’re not stuck there. Lastly, two good restaurants - both ChaBones & Shugrue’s are pretty good. Go have a “Nauti Turtle” at the Nautical Inn.

The weather always seems pretty good there - even in February.
