hmmm what's left ? a couple of obscenity charges and the racketeering and the conspiracy to commit racketeering , of course the last 2 are the big ones....30 years and 25 yr charges...no trial date has been set yet. It was slated to begin at the end of the month but a pre conference has determined otherwise. that's fine we're ready
it really does suck to be going thru this but we love a good fight and are certain to bring one to the table , floor or wherever it may occur. We are building long lasting relationships/partnerships throughout this whole process which are sure to help us in our future endeavors.

as far as opening another store anywhere else ..no need to go anywhere else when this county has no laws governing the biz on the books for an undetermined amount of time...

Hey, I'm bringin the kids down to O-town for some Universal Studios, WetNWild, and then to Tampa for Busch Gardens (and to pick up a truck axle) then north to pick up a Johnson 50hp shortshaft for my boy's whaler.
Gimme the store address and we'll try to find time to pop in. Wife needs to try on some good-fitting lowrider britches.
Also, you got any sources for cheap 5-park FlexTickets?

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!! been quite for a while....last thurs they served a warrant and w/ 15 cops 1/2 in niNja suits and masks ,they carried out paperwork and such form the store.....we just acquired a new tax lawyer....he is pissed !!!!..TO LEGIT TO QUIT !!!!
