John Cosker said the QCV4s don’t make quite as much torque and they couldn’t get the RPMs over 1200rpm to make boost in the limited space they had in the staging area.

They are fitting aerators this morning

so they are running merc qcv4s with prochargers? should have used roots or psi big blowers maybe they will light off at low rpm

Yeah they are probably targeting 30-40 psi which is harder with a roots. Could do it on methanol but that isn’t in keeping with their Ethanol name is it?
