I have a suspected stuck float or related issue on a weber 9780S carb on a 454 inboard. I'm not familiar with the carb...have tried to find info but all of it discusses on checking the carb after removal...can the float bowl be removed without removing the carb? I'd like to pull the bowl, check the float for damage or binding...

Anyone familiar with this carb? any help would be greatly appreciated...
