Why do these new or almost new OB cats get listed for sale so quickly? Pitch them as not having a new build wait and making money on them? Owners want the newest latest and greatest?

I can't speak to others but I had a new Mystic M3800 CC that I sold and built this. I have a business acquisition I am doing and may need the money for 3-4 months until I restructure. I 100% will build another Mystic cat in fact if I list it when it sells I will go to Mystic factory to put down my deposit on a new build. I have owned a few boats and this thing is on another level
