You have to remember that the dealership doesn't buy the truck back under the "lemon law", the manufactore does, Ford.
When I worked for Ford the easiest way to get the "lemon law" done was to get an attorney. Yes, I hate to say it, but it got the factory's attention.
Don't start worrying about how much you paid, and all that. Heck, 78% of America is upside down in their vehicles.
Also, if the factory feels that the state lemon law board will force them to buy it back, they will buy the truck back, before it goes to the board. If they buy it back before the board tells them too, the buy back is not in their counter as to how many vehicles were bought back under the lemon law. Makes them look alot better.
