Can I use MEK peroxide (clear liquid)instead of Benzoil peroxide (white paste) as a hardener? Thats all I have and I want to do this small repair tonight.

I do not use the stuff because most all my putties are shop made (to keep the same chemical backbone as the base factory resin)

Look without going into a thousand words there are differences in the resins promotion for BPO and MekP initiation, but sometimes you can get lucky and there will be some cobalt in the putties resin base
As these companies for the most part buy from outside venders and who knows?
