Dan,
I went to the show on Weds.
No there are NO performance boats there. Only the usual Sea rays, Bayliners, Silverton's Baja's, Fountains, Sonics, Eliminators, Sunsations

Mark

The show is good, nothing exotic or spectacular.

As far as performance boats,,,

Donzi 38ZR
Fountain 27, 29, 32, 38
PQ 26, 38 with 525's and belongs to an OSO member
Formula 27, 29, 35
Baja 33, 38 special
Sonic's (2) one of which is Looney Tunes
Sunsation -- a few 288's and a 32'
One Black Thunder
A few smaller eliminators (all single's)
A few Velocity's and Awesome's

This years biggest showing is from Fountain (Riverview Marine). Last year they had 0 Fountains and this year their booth is full of them. Go figure..

I'll be there around noon.

Hugh, call me when you get there. I'm planning on hooking up with Cord and Dee (if they ever call me today!!!! hint....hint....). You can bum around with me (us). Then hitting the Sonic display at 4:30 for the OSO caravan to some fancy smancy restaurante and have my road dirty Dodge 4x4 VALET parked!!! (don't touch the stereo punk!!!)

MnFastBoat,
Vicki and I will be there around 11:30 tomorrow. If you want to join us give my cell a call. 708-218-1566. It would be easier to meet up using the cells. Last year it seems everyone missed each other. Otherwise we'll see everyone over at Looney Tunes boat.

Happy shopping!
Dan

Waterfoul,
There will be a lot of dirty 4x4's getting valet parked tomorrow. I have Ferris Bueller's Day Off in the back of my mind. On second thought I'll park my own.

Hey Cash,
Didn't you promise all OSO boat show attendees a free Apache Leather coat for showing up?????????

We were at the show today. It was great. There was a good selection of go fast boats this year.

Fountain
Sonic (got on Looney Toons boat, he wasn't there)
Sunsation
Black Thunder (finally met Boatme)
Donzi
PowerQuest
Nordic
Eliminator
Envision
Baja

Gran Sport Center and Riverview are definitly supporting the high performance effort in Chicago Land

The crowd was light and we got to spend a lot of time on the boats.

Hope you all have fun, I thought it was a great show.
