What does "running just shy of 200 on any given day" really mean?

tachyon, it means given enough room free of boat traffic and water calm enough to push the boat, it will run in the high 190s.

Been there, done that. Read about it in the first issue of www.extremeboatsmag.com sign up on line for three free issues.

If anyone would like to "Shatter" the 200mph mark and go over 250mph, contact Steve1, he has the ability to do this with a set of 1300's in one of his cats...no kidding!

1300's won't get you there (i.e. 200) - it takes more hp. 250 isn't worth talking about.

Ron P,

I hope that "any given day" also includes a canopy and rescue divers....

ShipWrecked,

What kind of boat are we talking about? A drag boat, hydro or cat? I must be missing something
