Northern Michigan Fun Run?
 

Hey you guys are you going to have one again this year?what are the dates? I have to put in for vacation soon! Would love to run with you guys!!!!

yzbert is in Las Vegas until 1/14/03. according to one of his friends that I spoke to today, the run will be on the same weekend as last year.

dyno it will be the same weekend, the date I believe is july 12 th.

less than 6 months.

where do we start and where do we end???

petoskey, beaver island, mackinaw island, cheboygan, mullett lake.

this will be the fourth year, we may change the route this year but prob. not.

How is the winter going? Can't wait for summer. How is the gang been? Hope all is well. So what new route are you considering? Last year was a blast once we got "climatized"...lol Later Dwight

I am going to try and make that Northern Run this year. I have always wanted to boat up there, but want to do it with other boaters that KNOW the waters because those are unfamiliar waters to me with TONS of BIG, HUGE rocks that are even larger than a boat that hide just underneath the surface way out from the shoreline where you least expect it------I have heard too many HORROR stories of people having their drives TORN OFF from there boats, hull damage and boats that have sunk, etc, etc, etc!

And please don't tell me they're easy to avoid! I know they may be easy , but ANYTHING is easy if you know what you're doing and where you're going! Therefore, I will follow you northern fellers and get the right kinda water learnin' from yall. :D
