Art, I like the "big dogs on Sat. Little dogs on sun. idea. Me and a couple of friends didn't do Lake Cumberland this year just so we could watch the Bigs dogs play. We were not dissapointed. Who knows maybe the big dogs might like watching us little dogs battle it out.

Default I SECOND THAT!

I agree with"wild willy"

Their def. needs to be anther one at Lake Cumberland! And how about New Orleans???

I think your entry fee of $200 -$250 is very reasonable, especially if they are as good as your Havasu HeatWave runs!!

I have attended one of your runs in AZ and I like the way you guy's do your starts. Launching 3 different groups of participants based on the boats size and speed! It make the event competitive even for the small, slower guy's.

One question I do have though: What's going to be on your menu for "food" and "entertainment"?

I wish you guy's the best

MI boating and the GLSCS races really impressed us last year. Lots of enthusiasm there!

Default Poker Runs

I would like to put my 2 cents worth in. I have run a couple of good poker runs in the last 2 years, and have found them to be a lot of fun. I would personally go to a poker run every 3 or 4 weeks if they were reasonable enough and not to far away. I have gone to the PRA events which were well planned and enjoyed them very much as well.
I will travel anywhere that I can pull my boat there in less than 10 hrs. I am always looking for different locations and friends. Several of my buddies go to as many as 4 a year and we normally try to go together.
Kudo's for planning more. I do not believe that you would have any trouble having one every week or two in different locations across the country as long as they don't fall on someone else's preset dates. Thanks

Don't forget the people from Texas, lake Travis has several runs each year, Topps puts on two runs at lake conroe and galveston bay, we could use a couple more around east texas area? how about it? something to think about

Default Texas

How about another at Lake Texoma? And maybe one in Corpus Christi...or like in2fast said - one in New Orleans. I have a contact in Tyler, Texas who is interested in having one at Lake Tyler. Is this east enough or are you thinking of another area?
