What I know about the INSTIGATOR boat.
Viper was originally a 35ft hull that was shortened to 32Ft. 5 hulls were built in New Jersey and the mold was destroyed.
Marc from Activator was contracted to build a mold off of a Viper by a guy in Freeport. Marc made some changes to the bottom.
The guy in freeport sold the mold to Scorpion marine in Florida.
Marc took a burnt Scorpion and made another mold which he changed the bottom again and made a deck from scratch. This was now a 32 Activator, which is actually a few inches longer than the original Viper.
Tempest is a direct pop off of the Viper. The 2 boats are the same.
The 32 Activator is now being changed to a step bottom with a Euro-style deck. When completed this boat should do very well in Factory-2.

Well now that you mention it *******, or wait a minute, MR KNOWITALL, it is because you attempt to belittle almost everyone. You come off as someone that KNOWS IT ALL. And the last couple of times it was directed towards me. Did I run into you at a race this year or any year. Or maybe it was a Poker Run or a Rally. Have you ever been to an offshore race or poker run? So whats up? ANY? If you do know it all, then don't let me stop you. Hard to believe that someone in a 300 Sea Ray Weekender is trying to tell the world about Apaches. Sounds weird doesn't it.
