I just bought a used boat went with Bank of America, and my rate was 7.74%, not the best but not bad on a used boat,

Suntrust's rates are new, used, refinance it doesn't matter, they are all the same. 6.5% on 25k-50k and a max of 15 yr and and 6.25% on 50k and over. About the best marine rates I've seen, but then again, there's that speed clause.
