Guy's and Ladies, just to let everyone know that Eddie"SMITTY" Smith of the famed offshore racing team WAZZUP was injured at his marina Monday night in which two of his fingers were cut so bad that one finger required over 150 stitches and still may not heal right!Please keep Eddie in your thoughts and maybe send him a line to cheer him up. :( Eddie, hope everything heals as good as new. I have a very good orthopedic surgeon out of brick, who specializes in fingers. PM me and ill gladly share his name. He is a big reason i still have a right pinky (although it's built from bone from my hip).

I understand he got his hand caught in one of those gas fired warehouse heaters. You know the type that look like a jet engine. Ouch. Damn that must have hurt.

A friend lost all 4 fingers in a sheetmetal accident. They put them all back on and here 10 years later the hand works as good a it ever did - feeling and everything. It was a ***** healing and the hand does look gory now but it works great.

Just hoping this story gives him hope that his hand will be fine...

Eddy just stich one of your toes back on your hand if you lost a finger.Its easyer than always putting your foot in you mouth.Get well soon;)

my dad cut his the top half of his pinkie off in an electric planer (i think it was one of those) and they put it back on. Works fine now and only looks a little funky. And that was when he was a kid. So to think you'll be fine with modern technology.
