Does the state really have anything to do with it? Can't you make Texas BBQ in Florida? I think it boils down to 50% recipe and 50% grill quality.

If any OSOer is looking for the best BBQ grill, I am an authorized dealer for TEC, the hottest grill and Big Green Egg, for flavor and more flavor.

Visit www.tecinfrared.com or www.biggreenegg.com
If you are looking for a special deal PM me.

No offense Ange........slow smokin with hard or fruit wood with some dry rubbed meat is the true barbeque. However, I have whipped up some damn good seared meat on my gas grill........it has to do with the preperation and technique.

I've tried alot of bbq all over the US. I'm no expert but my vote goes to Kansas City. It's the best I've had so far.

Ok I am not what you would say a connissuer of BBQ TX has some very good BBQ as does SC, GA, FL, VA, MS, and LA, but the best ever in my life is in Pell City, Alabama of I-20 on 231 I believe and it is called "The Fatmans BBQ Joint"......haven't been there in a few years but my uncle says it's still going and moved into a bigger joint. It has my vote hands down thats it.
