In Tennessee, a deposit is refundable unless you have PAPER stating otherwise and the buyer signs that he understands this.

The five basic rules of business:

1.Get the deposit
2.Get the deposit
3.Get the deposit
4.Get the deposit
5.Get the deposit

Brief written contract would be ideal as well, but if someone puts $ in , you are usually okay. Funny how $$ changes a comitment......!!!!

I am selling a car right now, had plans to meet a guy at 8:00 last night, he called and canceled....saved me a trip. There is hope for mankind afterall........

US 1 FOUNTAIN, just wondering where you are located and what you have for sale? also just as a basic rule ive learned that unless you know someone personally than you automaticly might as well asume your gonna get f..ked around, that way your not so disapointed when it happens, sort of like when a seller tells you "oh ya its beautiful, its mint condition" and you drive a coulple of hours to get there and it looks like a semi trk ran it over and them someone took a piss on it, damm bastards!!

Rough Water, typing from here in Lafayette. We do most of our boating on Lake Monroe near Bloomington. The boat is a 27 Fever. As far as the deposit I got, no big deal. If it falls thru, I'll mail it back to him.

Default Fountains

johnnyboatman,
What kind of Fountain are you looking for? I may know of two available. One is a 42 triple no step and the other is a 35 no step. Both are excellent condition. Still not for sure if they are available yet. Located at LOTO.
