Statatory means someone above a certain age (usually16)having sex with someone below a certain age. If there both below that age, It's not statatory rape

What is really sad it the eutopians send a lot of time on giving away comdoms in scholl and teaching about "safe sex" but petition hard when the kids want to say a prayer before a football game.
