It sold for WAY too much! That's at least 30k worth of work and the real damage cannot be seen. AND it's only got 502's....

As long as its not just cosmeticaly bandaged up and sold to some unsuspecting person,,,god bless ,,,,,,,,,,, It was his call to drop that much on it.

If he doesn't does somebody come and break his legs?If he doesn't pay what recourse does the seller have or does the auction start over? Whoever bid that much should have called me about a new 382.
Boththe bidder and the auctioner can drop out of the auction at any time. Ebay will do NOTHING if the bidder decides to say forget about it. The worst that will happen to a bidder that does not buy is that they will get their ebay history dinged.

Wow

I agree 75k is way too much.

With a crack in the hull near the transom, that's where the most load on the hull is when getting some air and landing.

Sheesh, there are better deals out there then this.!

ebay is a legal binding contract with the seller if you bid you are a owner don't think you can just back out we make a living on ebay ! dead beats bidders are responsible for fees and damage to the sale sometimes as much as the sale of the item
