Couple years ago at the Detroit boat show, there was a company showing one of those things - had 3 pontoons, and either two or three 300's. Supposed to run 80 mph. They had video of it on the water, and it looked like it was hauling ass....

Its a tunnel hull with 2 pods, i have a friend here that had a crestline pontoon with a 350 mag and it ran about 55mph. he just ordered a 24 foot also with the center pod with a 496 and bravo drive,i think there hoping for 65mph.o yea it had thru hull silent choice also.it look kind of funny when you hear him comming and see a pontoon boat comming.

We were testing a 36 cat a the lake a couple of weeks ago and that pontoon was there. Sure enough we paced along side of it at 80 MPH! He had the pontoons tricked out with some wacky looking fins. The thing planed like a big aluminum hydro.

supposedly he holds the speed record at 108 mph,those arent funky wings,its got 3 center pods on it w/planing sufaces,supposedly he has to put tons of weight on the ft deck to kepp her from lifting at those speeds!!!!I dont know about yall but that would be a pretty cool way to get a couple of kegs to an island beer party!
