The times that I have seen Scorcerer at the 1000 Islands I too wonder how it continues to idle. The blowers on that thing are as big as the powerheads on my outboards!
It is funny though, they always seem to have a laptop computer hooked up to it and always finagling with something. Neat boat, but give me turn key 100 MPH with #6's and I would be VERY HAPPY!

All I know is that I saw 196 on Jetset's speedo last year. Now he updated to GPS speedo and I'm going for another ride on Saturday afternoon. The mag needs an update article because of the new paint job and interior.
We'll see how accurate the old speedo was.
