JO, I have been looking for a 15ft. Ocean Express Mini Racer or similar to do the same thing that you are talking about.

Neat little 14 foot cat.... but 5k w/ trailer and no motor.... rated for 75, does 55 w/ stock prop.

Cant see pics yet... But It seems like doing 60+ in an 8 footer is Suicide, Do you need a Co-Pilot

As you can see from the pic of my cub on that thread,a little 25 sits way high on the transom,can you imagine a v6 on there. Never mind that I think the weight would put the back under water.

Just rip out the jet unit, redo the transome and hand the 2.5 on the back!!!

wally, your startin my gears turnin but he wants to much for the boat considering I'd scrap the entire drivetrain.
