I looked at one a year ago, really liked the design. They are pretty fast power for power.

Supposed to be very quick with stock power. Dont know about rough water ride. Nice one at Miami Boat show with 525's they said it ran in the high 80's, low 90's. Thought I had a picture cannot get it to post.

I became a dealer for Hustler last year and I will tell you one thing everybody that has went out with me on a test has bought one. We have sold 4 in the last 2 months. You will not find an equal boat with the same power that is faster and for rough water the boat does not even come alive until you are in a good 2 -3 foot chop. The other thing is resale value 2001's are still getting 140k. Call me and I will give you all the details you need. We have one of the best dealer networks in the industry.

We went for a ride in this one at the Miami show with Rick Merola from Aqua Mania. It had the new 525's in it and we saw 89 mph on the gps speedo. He said it would be in the 90's with different props.

All in all, it was very fast and very stable. I would consider one, but we like the cabin in our Sonic too much. The Cheetah is a great boat if you are looking for speed and stability.

in most cases we prop down a little at the show because your usally packing to many people in the boat. easier to get on plain and show a smooth ride. smarty pants

Exactly what Treadwell said, they HAVE run the bigger props and the HAVE gotton the 90's speed. They CHOSE to put the smaller wheels on for performance and giving rides.

I looked at the one at the Miami Boat Show. It was very nice. The cabin is larger than I expected. Everyone I've talked to about the boat says it will run 90 easily w/ 500 EFI's. I've only heard great things about the boat.
