Question It has the name "King" on it

Can someone tell me what this is and if the company is still in business? Would like to use it if it is functioning.... Has the name "King" on it.

It looks like a King Marine loran. They made electronics years back. I don't know if they are still in business or not. I had a King Marine 1350 A paper ( ) depth recorder. I think I still hve it around somewhere. The loran would interface with the depth recorder and print out the coordinates on the paper.

Its a King 8002 loran unit.. $700 dollars new, $500 rebuilt, just in case anyone was curious.
