I remember talking to a friend who has a Harley about my traing for the Gasparilla 15k last year. When I told him how far I was runnin he said he didn't even like to ride his bike that far.

I'm not griping. I've been eating tons of food. Good stuff, too. Haven't begun any exercising at all yet. No food cravings (which is extremely odd) and slowly finding that I fill up quicker at mealtime. As soon as I can get out of the habit of eating "till it hurts", I think the weight will come off quicker.

One step at a time, though.
1 - Stop eating junk and carb-heavy foods.
2 - Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
(I'm still trying to drink more water)
3 - Eat till you're full, not till you're hurting.
(I'm fighting this one, still. Old habits are hard to break.)

mcollinstn,,,very cool...i wish i could just eat a little better and loose weight...not the case for me...i have to be the diet Nazi (as dre' calls me)...i have to get results like yesterday or i'm not interested...

i started feb weight is still right around 215 but i've lost the 5" on my waist...few more to go...

keep up the good work guys!!!...
