To Old I think each picture in the series has to be a different file , first still would be a gif file then the next picture would be a jpg file then back again with a continuous loop program to animate. I tried about 50 ways to get it to work and I think I first highlighted the avatar off an e-mail saved it in a document/setting image file on my computer then cut and pasted the address to the MVprofile in members profile section. The help section does not say to much about it so it was trial and error and I still don't know the exact procedure if I can get it exact I will let you know. JO
