whether you like it or not mr. kramer was a large player in the early days of apache, from financing to racing. without him apache would not have it's bad boy image that makes them popular to this day.

The fact is only Bobby Saccenti is Apache And he does Employ Professional Boat-Builders on Staff. with that said:
With the tooling now at Apache we could build to 50'. Now as for a one-off the imagination/money would be the only limit I could see.

I agree with you that his presence was felt in the early days on the racing circuit......but I think that Bob Saccenti had just as much to do with the success as Ben did.....true...he did come to the table with the financial backing....but aside from that...from what I have heard ,he certainly had few redeeming qualities.......and I wouldnt try qualifying your post script in that manner......
