Top Go to the Lani Kai. You will have a blast. I went there one night and woke up at 4 am face down in the sand, not knowing what planet I was on

Oh ya or the Skybar. That is downtown I believe (not sure really we always go by boat). Just open your window and you will hear the music. Just go towards it and you will find what you are looking for. There are also a bunch of other more low key bars in that same couple of blocks.
