"OSO, as it's fans have come to affectionately call the Internet giant, will provide the GMC Pro Grade Series Pace Boat for APBA Offshores premier racing circuit during the entire 2003 season. The boat, which will be powered by Innovation Marines CRE certified GM Vortec 8100 HP3 engines and piloted by OSO President, Steve Schuble, will serve as one of three full time start boats at every venue on the GMC Pro Grade Series schedule commencing in Daytona Beach, Florida, April 11-13." Thanks, for your support on helping us GROW this motorsport that we all have such passion for! Some people talk about changing it while others will play a part in it! THANKS |

Great news.. OSO..APBA..racing and Hi-performance boating,great combination.....it should be beneficial for both:D
GOOD MOVE FOR ALL PARTIES......P4-86."Full Yellow Jacket" |
Sounds great,we will be in Daytona
gdfatha,
Heard it may be Sea Love Marina at Ponce Inlet. Circulation of tow vehicles/trailers was a concern but I heard it may be solved. This location would be a material improvement over the past location as it's a direct shot out the inlet. The cranes would be located at Sea Love Marina and a ramp at an adjacent location would be used for smaller boats. It is the marina that the casino boat usually is docked. The casino boat will be moved for races and its face dock will be utilized. Not a done deal but close. |
Sounds good. I hope that I can make it to a race or two this year. Unfortunatly it is looking like they are staying south this year again :(

PRO GRADE ALL THE WAY !!!!!!

Audio~Move to Florida--We need competition for the "Sound Advice" audio/video store.:D :D
Congrats OSO.... Keep up the great work and thanks for bringing us to the next level...
Thank you all for your kind words. We will be outfitting the Gladiator with the Vortecs.
We had the opportunity to be the Pace boat at the APBA Nationals and Worlds last year and can say that if you are not going to actually race, the next best thing is being the Pace Boat. The excitement of having the helicopter flying only feet above your head during the parade lap is exhilirating. As for the OSO members you should enjoy the close-up pictures that we take from angles that even the helicopter photographers can't get. These pictures will be posted in the Photos section of the website after every race. Our two primary responsibilities will be to start the race and then look after the safety of the racers during the race. The racers shoud be rest assured that in the event of a situation, which we hope there are not any, OSO has got your back covered and we will do our best to provide a safe race course. We look forward to a great season which will be kicked off in Daytona in less than one month. Be safe and good luck!! OSO |
Are we going to have an OSO party in Daytona?I'll kick in for the first round. We are at the Plaza with the Donzi crew.
Nice!!! :D

Congrats Steve,
See you at the races, Terrah Lee |
Congrats Steve and Jeffrey! Way to go.
Will you be up in Millwauke for the APBA race? |
Yes, we will be in WI, thank you all. Terrah, I still owe you a lunch.
Congrats Steve !!
It's good to know who's "got our backs" just in case. Looking forward to seeing you guys this season. I still owe you one.
It's a tough JOB but I guess someone has to do it. :D Front row seats: Priceless! Enjoy:)
Yeah, especially when someone runs over the buoy and all the other boats start heading for Cuba.
Don't be so hard on yourself. That could have been the start of something good. (Like real Offshore racing):D Now the flag upside down in NY, I guess that was just too many shots the night before.:D :)
I forgot about that, well at least I wasn't on duty that day.
Way to go guys!!! Do you need an extra EMT on board ?
Excellent Work Guys!
Great move Steve, will the motors be in by Daytona
We will be picking the motors up from Innovation while in Sarasota next Weekend. They will be installed immediately thereafter and if all goes well ready for Daytona.
The hard part will be the prop testing as the last go round we went through 20 sets of props before we found the right one. |
Stop at Lake X on the way up to Daytona. I'll buy the first round while your in town. You can test it at the St. Cloud race.:)
Way Way Cool Steve !!:D
