LOTO condo for rent
Going down this weekend to pick out a condo
We will only use it a few weekends a year
Would any of you guys like to rent it out.
On ther water, close to the Mall, resturants, and Bars

boat slip
150-175 per night - peak season

Seriously though that sounds like a pretty good deal. I'll keep your number. What size of slip? If I get Black Thunder to trade me a new 46 for the Baja straight up, I'll need a place to keep it.

I am looking at 3 different ones- anywhere from 24-32' boat slip, but if you are just visiting you can usually just tie up to the dock.
We will use it any weekends that it is not rented out, so for now all weekends are open. Holidays will rent out for a little more, probably $175 with a 4 night minimum.
I can let you know more after this weekend. I just want a place to go when I want to get away, I am not trying to get rich off this deal, so take care of the place and the prices will stay down. I will post pics, size etc.
