There are two types of boatels
-A motel on floating docks
-Completely indoor storage

We will have both if the loan is finalized in two weeks.

We will have 9-12 "Boatel" over night sleeping motel like rooms., and complete indoor storage for 350 boats with a max length of 42 feet. As well as 175 wet slips for up to 65'.

The new lagoon resort is located in Edgewater Florida right next to Boston Whaler.

More news on this project in two weeks..
Oh..It would open in the spring of 2004..

Hurry up, I plan on becoming a smoker (Cafe or Top Gun) next winter I can be your first customer because Pohick won't allow anything bigger than 30'.

I'm working on it Craig, but if push comes to shove, just order up some fancy 30' Mystique stickers for the sides, and they will never know the difference.

I know where there is a 10 acre lot on the Potomac about 1.5 mile's from my house for sale that I wanted to build a log home on, but I didn't have the time I needed a house in 4 months from when I sold. I had them down to 399k over the phone and that was over 6 months ago. There is also 3 houses in my neighbor hood for sale none waterfront but we have a private boat ramp that is a few 100 yards from all 3, one is a nice brick ranch with a huge garage that looks like it could hold two 35's and 2 car's I don't know what the inside looks like. the one that has water view has a 3 car but you would have to build one for a boat. the other has the biggest lot I think 3.5 acres 30x50 garage I think but it would need door work to get a boat in, the house need's a lot of work, but I think it will go for the low 100's
