A redeye, beer tomato juice and some tabasco or louisiana hot sauce.

Dont know if anyone else covered it but ibuprofin and acetominaphin arent supposed to be good for your liver when mixed w/ alcohol. Best just to stick with aspirin in the night and morning.

First time seeing this thread, but this might have been said already:
2 Excedrin and a glass of V-8 w/ added course black pepper. The caffeine in the Excedrin is a nice kicker :drink:

I have four:

1. stay drunk
2. wake up about 5AM and start digging dirt
3. bloody mary's or other alch.
4. be miserable until #3 is practiced

2. red headed slut (jegger, schnapps, cranberry juice)
3. tequila shot

Danced so I sweated sum (worked it out). Drinkin lots of water before bed.

1 Warm can of Sardines
followed by a tall glass of warm Mayonnaise.

No wait... That's not for a hang over.
That's what you tell your hung over friend to take when you see him the next day,

Back in my "professional" drinking days:

Drink at least four large glasses of water before the first drink. Drink one large glass of water after every two drinks.

Drink four large glasses of water and four asprin before "falling over".....:drink:

Have jug of water bedside and if you wake up, chug chug chug.

Chug more water when you "come to".

That usually made the next day bearable in the beginning, then eat something, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich was perfect, and usually within two hours I was pretty well back.

Haven't had a hangover now since 96'. I do not miss them. Worst one I ever had was on wine. Took three days to get over that one. Never touched wine again. EVER. :drink:

Drink over ice while you are soaking in the tub.

Lots of water is a must but I also have a glass of milk which has seemed to help the people i have told. I dont get hangovers because of the massive amounts of ADHD that I have it seems to burn it up like race gas in a pair of Sterling 1550's. ADHD all the way baby.

Lots of H2O the night before and a couple / few Advil before bed.

Next morning, a Diet Coke washed down with two-three eggs over easy, 1/2 doz pieces of bacon, a couple pancakes - to absorb the rest of the booze, a big glass of water, a hummer and a quick nap in the sun - in that order :p

I have the best cure, bar none!!!!!!

people always wonder how I can drink so much and still function the next day.

to fully undersand why this works you have to understand what happens at the cellular level when you drink. what happens is a thirst is created but it's not like a normal thirst. with a normal thirst, water is removed from the cell and when you drink water it quickly replenishes the cell . with an alcohol induced thurst the sodium is removed from the cell, so when you drink water in the morning you still feel thursty because there is no sodium in the cell to draw water back into it.
So what you need to do is mabe once throughout a night of drinking order a glass of water, fill it with regular table salt and choke it down, and then before you go to bed, drink like 4 big glasses of salt water, and I emphisizes, alot of salt, and alot of water. because if you get the cells rehydrating while you are sleeping, you will feel fine in the morning!

Jason's got it. You have to have salt to rehydrate.

Look at Gatorade/Powerade/(insert generic sports drink name her).....The magic ingredient = salt.

Also, take a reginemt of B-Vitamins and potasium. You'll be cured in no time.

I used to like "All Sport."

It didn't have quite as much salt. But it had carbs. That got the system going, because when you add simple sugars, the (normal) body reacts with insulin. This in turn makes you hungry. Once you have an appetite you are home free.

After you have food in you.... pop a couple NSAIDs like nuprin.

I have a quart bottle of Powerade in my fridge. just in case. :D

When I was in EMT school and with the Fire Dept., we had access to bags of saline.

As long as you or one of your friends could find a vein to stick the needle in for an IV of saline overnight, you woke up in the morning, better than when you went to bed. Hard part was finding a vein while hammered! :drink: :drink: :drink:

That's the one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just don't dream you in the bathroom or you'll wake up real fast, and your partner dos'nt think its sexy, unless you can convience her it was the wet spot from the hell of a romp earlier that morning :D

They sell chasers at most liquor stores now they work. I personally think a couple yagerbombs help before bed I know it sounds crazy but it works.

Ok, I just did a search in google on hangovers............

Found out that if you dont have any ice, wrap a bag of frozen peas in a towel and put them on your head to help a headache! :drink:

#2... pedialite.... better than gatorade
#3... gatorade

better if u take before bed

multi vitamin or b12...also taking airborne works great

Sleep is obviously what makes you feel bad, because I am feeling great before I go to bed. Therefore sleep is the problem not this dehydration BS. The best thing to do is drink all night & you will feel GREAT in the morning. :drink:

I'm surprised nobody mentioned eating a big greasy breakfast before going to bed,and a lot of water is also the most important.But if i eat a some eggs and bacon and taters at 3 in the morning before i go to bed I wake up with a great big dump and some coffee and feel like a million bucks.Only time i felt like chit was when i forgot to eat.In fact a friend and I used to say we didn,t have a drinking problem when we felt like chit ,we had an eating problem. :evilb:

I spent four years drinking 15 beers and 5 or 6 clear screwdrivers a day everyday on five hours of sleep and survived on this remedy.
