Trust me I'm not wanting to start a war here about this, I've owned a 38' Fountain years ago. But I have to wonder, I had my 30' Spectre in my shop and my buddies 35' Fountain side by side. They are almost the same lenght, whats up with that! within a foot at best if you measure from the running surface of the transom to the start of the beak. Not that I don't like the nose because I do just trying to do an honest measurement. My cat just seemed to be about the same thats all.

I know my freind's 32 felt and looked smaller than my 29 scarab.

That's kinda my point.

You're kidding! You mean a 10 meter is really only 9 meters?

I have the same problem but it's a lot more personal and it changes daily.
