Let this be a lesson to all....what you say can and will come back to bite you. If you think you are holyer than thou and can say what you want about someone or something you better be prepared to pay the conciquences, and be prepared to find another place, or country to live in. We Americans take great pride in our Country and just because you sell records or have media access does not mean you can betray your Country and expect to have people patronize you. Madonna and the Dickless Chicks just burned a bridge that will haunt them forever...not only in revenue but in pease of mind because we will harass them until they move to Siberia or committ suicide. It is time we make those who abuse the access they have to the public understand that WE make or break them....and we will break them. Music and politics make for strange bed fellows. I say screw them and the horse they rode in on.

I live in WI and trust me, the best thing that can happen to Madison is to be blown up. It is full of worthless garbage like Ken Golden.

``I'm ashamed the Dixie Chicks are from Texas.'' Let Madison claim them.

THUMBS UP TO LONGHORN!!

That is excellent, I am going to eat there this week just for that!

I e-mailed a local radio station.....here's how mine went....

Dear Sir,

I beleive I heard a Dixie Chicks song on your radio station on Thursday at about 3 pm. I am not 100% sure. However, if your station is playing the Dixie Chicks I will no longer be a customer of yours. I will stick to my other choices. Can you confirm or deny the playing of the Dixie Chicks? I am full blooded American and refuse to support any business that is associated with the Chicks. Unfortunate, for I am a big Chicks fan and a fan of your station for many years. I will simply take my business elsewhere.

Have a nice day,

******************

Here is the bonehead response I got.......

Dear Allan,

Yes we are playing the Dixie Chicks. Sorry to lose you as a customer.

Dave Stewart
Production Manager WYGY FM Radio

WTF is that?? HAHAHAHAHA.......so much for being concerned about the listener.........

Oh well..........still gotta stand your ground fellas, still gotta stand your ground......

Seeya, nice job GLH

Update.
Yesterday (02/08/2003) while having lunch over there one employee told me at the restaurant that the CD for April had been re-issued by corporate to all Longhorn’s without any Dixie Chicks songs. Saying “They had to do this because all the CD’s they have issued till now had always had songs from them on it”.

Made the newspaper.
