need some motivation.....
AS most of you know I am refurbishing my boat, and summer is coming and I am really regretting dumping my hustler, now I have these real bad hallucinations of dumping the comanche(it would take some balls) and just going back to a simple deal like another slingshot or top gun with 500 efi's or maybe a cat with the same power. just a no headache get in and go deal and dont screw with it! I would be hard pressed to do this but the thought keeps registering in my head as it gets warmer!
any advice? stick with it or dump it ?

Like a couple of other guys on the board i'm in the midst of returning my boat to service , and I know how you feel. Hang in there no distrespect to other the boats you mentioned but the finished project should well be worth the time and frustration. Lets see some pics, I posted some of mine in the Formula section ( the pic quality sucks ). Rick G.

Do the cat thats were its at these days..............500 efi`s in a 30ft will have you triple digits with out the major fuel bill it takes too move a top gun(fuel tanker)but gorgeous boats they are with sweet lines. I guess the big question is do you need a cabin and all the ammeneties. My 2 top pics would be the Spectre Cat with 500`s or the Cig. Gladiator with 500`s.........

If money is not a factor then stick with it. There is nothing like the pride of stripping, restoring, and putting back together!
If you want the simplicity of reliable turnkey power, and the smell of a new boat then go for that.
I say stick with it! When finished you will have something rare and unique, and as good as new.
This is entirly up to you though! Go with your heart.
Good luck
