If everything is there, and works, that seems like a very good price. Congrats to the highest bidder!

rags,
Nope...I wasn't the high bidder but I've been checking out their selection and bidding frequently.....it does appear that there are some pretty decent deals to be had if you find something you like. I didn't think that 89K was bad for a 38 top gun with Chief motors!! That will probably be the only way I can ever afford a bigger boat like that. I bid on that 47' fountain they had too and that went pretty "cheap"...I think that went for 154K.

I'll just keep dreaming and shopping online....is much cheaper that way!

According to National Liquidators the guy who had the winning bid did not send his check in time. They were accepting bids until 4 pm today. I thought about this alot, but passed: not enough time to fool around with arranging inspections, financing, finding a trailer, etc.

The boat had 20 hours on the chief motors (new in 2000) and was seized in 2001. So it has been sitting wherever for 18-24 months.

Hopefully someone got a good deal.
